Ok. We finally have word, that the new Sakura Pak is at the printers and it includes the 1st part of Misfile! In 2-3 weeks it will hit the stores. When I have the ISBN and other info about it I will send another message.

In the mean time lets thank Eigomanga for publishing Misfile. The more e-mails from fans, the faster Misfile moves out of Sakura Pak and into its on manga novel.

The longest Cold

Urgh. It seems this is my 2nd cold since FEB! No far. I am sick of blowing my nose, as well as coughing up my lungs. *Cries*

At least I only have 2 more classes, and then April 16th here I come!

Ok why don't people get it. By the time it took you to e-mail me back and bitch that your speical row in a list of addresses is not there, you could of cut and pasted it. No, I have to e-mail you back, ask for the old file with the special row in it, so I can cut and paste it back into the new one.

Also this weeked, *sniff* I broke my glasses. Not bad, it is only a nose piece, but still I hate when I do stupid things like that! Urgh.. To top it all off both Chris, and Raymond have the day off today to sit a home and relax. I have to work, and then I have to also work on school works.

In good news, my brother will be flying into town this Friday. I have class so I can not pick him up, but Chris will do that for me. It will be great to have him out here! Fun fun here we come!

Why, do I hate school that much! I mean, I know its good for me. I am paying it. I do all the work. BUT I hate it. I think I just might want the damn thing to be over.

Also, I am still working on my Webcomic management company. Looks like I have 2 comics in the production phases now. Which is a good thing. Helps me keep my mind off of school and work.

Chris also has the new grahpic novel coming out as well. Can't wait to see that. Hurry up stupid mail! Next is his art book. Have to get all that ready for print. Hopefully, someone out there will buy the things!

Its been awhile

Since I wrote on here. So here I am. Nothing too new and exciting. I start up the last class for my masters in business this week. I so do not want to go, but I know I have to. So close.

Other than that, I am still doing the artistin and writer search. Hopefully, I will be able to match a few of them up, and get some web comics up and running :-)

Ok this is something new, and I thought I would try here. Currently I run 2 sucessful webcomics for my husband. Building12 and Misfile. I have just found an artist and a writer for my newst project, which will be up and running in a month or so.

Misfile, is has also been picked up by a publisher, and B12 is now going to be self published!
I have the knowledge on how to run a webcomic (I know this sounds funny). Misfile has over 50,000 unqiue readers a month now. With good art and good story, I can bring the people in, and keep them coming.

I am looking for serious artists or writers who want to do a webcomic. I will be the middle man, who makes sure everything that is needed falls into place. I know the ins and out, where to list, etc.

So if you ever wanted to be a webcomic artist/writer and want some mangement help, to make the comic succesful let me know. I am offering my services. :-)

It seems to me that there are artists out there, that need writers and writers out there that need artists. I know a few already, so there will be several choices of projects. (this makes it sound like a webcomic producer)

Feel free to send me a message if you already have a webcomic and need my help.

Also with the 3 webcomics, I have the ability to promote any new comics via my other comics.

Well thats one X'mas down. Thank goodness, did not really feel like X'mas anyway.

So far, today I have had 2 people vent on me. One of them was at work, so that is not too bad. It is when my poor mom vents. We are stuck, and when I mean stuck we are REALLY stuck! The worse part it is all a matter of timing as well. We don't have enough money since my father died. Since then we have been going down the tubes. Now, to top everything off, mom's owes on top of the money already owed to the IRS another $3,500. To make things even better, both the cars they have are breaking and soon will be messed up.

Urgh.. why me! The only hope is the non working roomie. Once he gets a job, and starts paying rent, I can start to funnel that money over to mom, to get her through till May. May is when I am done with school, and can hopefully buy a house, and move mom and Erik into it, so we can rent the house that they can not pay for.

I hate waiting! Espically, when my hands are tied!

With that, I should go back to work again!

Everything was going great, until I downloaded the e-mail address I needed on to my dead pc at home. So now I have no e-mail address to send the info they wanted back to them. I e-mailed the general address they put on the site 3 times, and still nothing. URGHH.. this means I will actually have to pick up the phone! The nerve. LOL. I just rather not have to pick up the phone. I use it way too much through out the work day.

Other than that, nothing too new. My roomie has no job, and needs money badly, so have your fingers crossed that he will get a job soon!

What a crappy weekend. I was in a poor mood. The only 2 good things to happen, were that I have a PC again, for the time being. I still have to fix the one I want to use. The 2nd thing is that I got to go to a B-ball game last night. Watching that game reminded me how much I miss the sport. Hrmm.. maybe just maybe in the future, I will try to play again!

Still no PC at home

Well, I am trying and trying and the PC is not up and running yet. Thank goodness that the computer show is this weekend. I need a few more parts and I should be able to get the thing up and running. I need a PC at home. I miss it.

Nothing else going on. I started working on my Resume. Hopefully that will be done soon. Then it is time to get a new job! Whoo hoo.. Once I have a job we move and life goes on.

Its the holiday's and I am not feeling it. Is it just me?

Whoo hoo! Its done, for about 3 weeks. But still, its done! I don't have to worry about tests, papers, reading, hw. *dances*

What I do have to worry about is the holidays. Le sigh. No money and lots of things to buy.

I still have to PC at home. That is ticking me off. I am getting a new cpu chip this week. So I have my fingers crossed that it will work, and I can have my pc back.

Well I found another webcomic for a fix!

I really don't like the powderpuff girls, but I don't hate them either. So my husband finds this new webcomic about them. He says I NEED to read it. Yeah right, that is not up my alley. No, no he insists. Ok fine I will read it. Right before I click the link, he states "it has Dexter in it!". For those who don't know, I love Dexer from Dexer's Lab on Cartoon Network. Ok, so with this new found info, I have to read this comic. http://bleedman.snafu-comics.com/

Off I go to read this PowderPuff/Dexter comic. I go. My 1st thought, OMG this is great artwork! All the characters look great! Wait, is that, yes it is samurai Jack. Over there, courage the dog? As I read more and more characters from both Cartoon Network, and Nick Toons start appearing. Even Zim and Gir have their place in this comic as well.

Well now I am addicted to this comic. I love what he did with all the characters. I am sitting on the edge of my chair about Dexer and what happened to Dee Dee. If you liked any of these characters, I suggest you check this comic out!

In others news, I fried my CPU at home. :( So that means no computer for me, till I get the new chip. A bunch of Misfile fans have offered to help me out! So thanks to them, I should be up and running soon.

50 Gigs in one week

I know that is probably the last thing you want to hear about, but I am in awe over here! We went through 50gigs in a week! One week. That tells me I need to get more and more ads out htere! The sooner the better.

Finals are finally here. Oo I like that pun. I no want to go to class and work on them, but I have to. SO close!

Actually thats a good thing! Looks like Misfile has finally taken the next step up the food chain. We have lots and lots of new readers, which makes us (Chris and I) very happy.

The amount of bandwidth we were sucking up, made us change servers. With the change, came more ads (which I bought) and more readers. What a nice little chain!

Other then that, I am heading into Finals. I can't wait for school to be over. Paying 52k for 2 years, while the other person at a local state school pays 6.5k for 2 years. Same degree. *Shakes head*

Well ok, happy almost turkey day! Nothing too new and exciting. The office is letting people out at 3:00 today. Which means I can go home and work on the pies I need to make. Other than that, I am looking forward to the turkey.

I brought www.misfile.com down from too much bandwidth! hahahah My Ads were too effective. We are in the process of buying more bandwidth as I type. Just gives more of an incentive to move to yet another server in December so this will never happen. Now we have to plan on the move :-)

Counted what, I bet you ask. Well I counted the number of new people on the B12/Misfile forums. So far we have 32 new people that signed up this month. Also Chris is now addicted to Hikaru no Go! He wants the Mp3's badly, and I of course can not find them. So I will be on the look out. That is one anime I would of never thought my Hubby would want to watch, let alone enjoy.

If anyone out there is reading and keeping up with Hanakimi... its over! The last scanlations are on the web. Granted I have only been told this, and have not yet taken them off the web, nor read them. I have a funny habit of wanting to re-read all of the story before just reading the end.

Busy Bee at Work!

There are days that I like being busy and then days that I hate it. Today I hate it. Not only do I have a bunch of work, I also have a bunch of school work too. Maybe I will stay late tonight and work on the school stuff.

I did get to see women's pro tennis last night. I have never been to a live tennis game so it was super exciting.

Also in other news, www.Misfile.com is kicking butt. It seems more and more of the ads I buy really help bring people over. We had over 5000 people just yesterday. Whoo hoo!

Whoot! Thanks to a great husband, I have my Ipod, and it is here at work with me! Finally anime tunes and working! Life is a great thing.

In other news I also got invited to a black tie dinner this Saturday after class. Means I get to get all pretty to go out and have fun! Then to make things even better, I get to watch Semi-finals and Finals of Women's tennis Monday night! Got tickets free from a friend.

Finally, after a LONG time waiting! www.freeipods.com has shipped my Ipod! Now it is in the hands of Fedex. There are some people who have made fun of me, cause they thought this was a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Soon I will have a ipod in my hands (just around the time of my B-day) to show them! *dances* I can't wait.

Speaking of my B-day. So far everything is looking towards a good one, for once. Chris bought me a new game, which I will now spell badly! Katamari??? Well I love it. Nothing like rolling up stuff to make stars. Also he has bought my 2nd gift. XM Radio for the car, since I have not listened to LA radio in about a year! That should rock too! Mom is getting me yet another thing I really want this year. SO I am a happy camper.

Now if I could only get the school part of this down and outta the way!

After a long day... I am still sick

Well, after yesterday, and skipping out on my group meeting, I am at work but still sick. I did stop to get my RX. Cost me $44 for 6 pills. Damn them pills for not be generic. The health insurance only pays for generic, until I buy $150 of brand name stuff. Of course this goes away Jan 1 2005. So I will have to start all over again with the brand name bunch of stuff.

I just hope these $44 pills helps with the sinus infection! I am sick of the headaches. Also if I was not sick, I would of been able to watch several of the anime shows that are filling up my heard drive at the moment. There is just not enough time in the world to do all of this.

I would watch tonight, but I have class. :( Law no less. Which will just put my butt to sleep. Hrmm.. Maybe that is a good thing to have. Sleep!

Ah.. I caught a cold

And here I thought I was in the clear. In Oxford David had a cold. Me nothing. It was great. I walk off the plane to find my husband also has a cold. The week goes by, no problem I am fine. Sure, so after my Halloween party I have a scratchy throat. I think nothing of it. Now I am sick. BLAH! At least I was scheduled to head to the Dr. For a check up on my sinuses. Now I have even more MEDS to take. Boo hoo! This stinks.

Too bad about the election huh. I guess we are stuck for another 4 more years of the same. Pricing getting too high, with no jobs around. Man I can't wait. This is gonna rock!

Ok time to take my sick butt, to the store and then to Dave's. Gotta work on our Law Presentation.

You heard me! Go out and VOTE. I have a feeling this election, we will see the most voters yet. I have seen more ads in the oddest places telling people to go out and vote. So I figured I would jump on that bandwagon as well.

In other news, I registered for my final class! *dances* It is so close that I can feel the freedom! Once I am done in April (late April), I will need a new job, and then we move out of CA! Ah, freedom you are so close but yet so far away!

I also purchased a few ad's for Misfile. I have to say the 1st 2 are working nicely. Of the 2 the one was a bit more expensive for less time, and it is bring in less hits. So if I had to buy more. I think I will only go with one of the comics. Time will tell. I have another one about to hit in middle November, which is also cheaper. That one I know will bring in some good hits. Then is all goes as planned I will have one more for November, from a 4th comic. After all the ads, it will be time for a break. We really need to change our server.

All this ad placing will help my Marketing paper. Which I honestly should start to write. I hate writing papers, but there is nothing I can do about it. At least I can write about webcomics, and how to market them.

Well, it is finally November!

Ah, well November is finally here. This month marks another month, that I have made all the bills that we need! It is also my B-day. + we all get good Thanksgiving eating this month.

Had the Halloween party! It was a blast! The only regret is that we did not have a video camera! Some of the singing was too funny to put into words. I guess you had to be there. Still have lots and lots of food left over from the party. I know what I will be eating.

Tomorrow everyone should get off their butt and go vote! Enough said!

Now that Dave (my comrade in school) is back from his trip, it is back to the norm. HW whenever we can, to try to stay ahead. No more free time to watch anime and read manga any more! I just got another series to watch too!

It's Halloween At Work!

Yup! Means 50% + of the office has costumes on! I of course have one on as well. I am wearing my Lain bear pj's! whoo hoo. Granted most of the office does not have a clue what they are from. But all in all they think, hey kool your a bear! :-)

Also the office closes early today! Right after the party at lunch! Good times. Then I get to go home, make a list and prepare for the Halloween Party at my house tomorrow night! It should be a blast. Chris is going as a Japanese school girl. I have the honors of working on his hair. This should be a hoot!

Back to Normal

Well things are starting to get back to normal. Work is work. Family is still family. My sister did get robbed, and her wonderful boyfriend did not lift a finger to help. Since they live together and it was only her stuff that was robbed, he would not call the cops. She had to. Now she wants outta the lease. I hope she can. My Mom could use her back in the house.

Only a few more months and this trimester is over! I have a class and a 1/2 left pretty much, and then school is all done! And then I can find a new job, and move! Man I really can't wait.

This weekend we are having a Halloween Party! :-) Finally more fun stuff to cut all the bad things that keep happening over and over to me and the family.

Ok.. time to play at work. Need to write my paper at lunch too!

I'm Back!

Oh, boy was that an awesome trip. I am still dragging a bit from the plane, but I am still a happy camper.

Spent almost every night at a pub, drinking with the guys. Snakebites are my Fave thing to drink! Classes went well, I was fighting to stay awake. Too much pubbing the night before. The people running the Oxford trip, were SUPER nice. They really made the whole trip for me!

Now the flight there was awesome. I suggest that everyone travel with Air NewZeland whenever they can. But the trip back. :( After an hour delay, and being late for my 2nd part of the flight back to LAX. I have to run through Frankfurt Germany, through security. Keep in mind I did not even have enough time to put my sneakers back on. So here I am running my butt off to catch my plane, in my socks. They end up holding the plane for me, and I sprint on in the socks back to my seat.

At least for 11 hours, I got to hang out with a Russian 1 1/2 year old, who liked to play with me. :-)

All and all, the trip was awesome, but it is good to be home.

Hunger... and why I hate car insurance!

1st off, the hunger! Yes, for god's knows what reason, I am starving. All I have today at work is a Turkey sandwich. Which by the way is the same thing I have been eating about all week! Being broke really stinks. I am hoarding every bit of money I have for the trip, which starts tomorrow night! Hrmm, it may be an office popcorn type of day.

On the notion of money, we got our new car insurance bill in the mail. Seeing that we just got married, we moved to one policy. I look at the bill and what's this! Nothing has changed. After 30 + minutes on the phone, it is due to a overlap, since his and I's coverage time was off. Ok, I can deal with that. But if the next bill is just as high, I will kill someone!

ok, back to food. A few people have hit me up about my rant over at http://www.building12.net or at http://www.misfile.com. I don't remember which one it was. But on one of them I mention the heavenly joy of 40 clove garlic crock pot chicken. This stuff is great, and so EASY to make! If anyone really askes, I might post up the recipe. ;-)

Ok back to work per usual! Hopefully, this will make lunch time arrive faster!

Wait... So all that studying, means.... NOTHING?

Ok so get this. I study my BUTT off for marketing. Day in and day out, on my lunch break, whenever I get a few moments..... I get an e-mail this morning. No worries about coming in to take the test tonight. Lets make it a take home midterm. Pick 5 things and write about them, and e-mail it to me! Ok, so I have been working on 8 chapters of marketing, so I can take 100 Multiple choice questions. I am blown away right now.... That stinks. I almost want to take the harder of the tests!

On another note, apparently my last entry into the blog hurt RyokuMas's feelings. He is the said fan that I wrote about. (see see, this is me making things better). You do have to give that guy credit, he is going out of his way to pick ME up from the airport, and hang out with boring ME! *hugs* RyokuMas you are a wonderful human being!

Now back to work, once the shock of marketing wears off a bit!

Light at the end of the tunnel?

Wait! What's this I see? Could there be a light? Hrmmmm maybe. I am not talking about the headache. No that's still there. I am talking about the marketing mid-term. It is tomorrow, so I only have one more night of studying! *dances* I will be happy when that is all over. Then I turn in my Law mid-term (which was take home and all completed) on the day after! Then it is ENGLAND, OXFORD time!

Other than it being rainy there, I think it will be awesome! I have a fan of my hubby picking me and a friend up from the airport, and then we have a day on the town, and a night on the town ;-). After that, school starts up for about a week. They give us some time to mill around, and then I am back home, and of all things LARPing for the 1st time ever. This is a halloween LARP. So if I am not sleeping during the whole thing it should be very intresting!

OK, time to get some real work done! Thanks to the few people who have told me they have read this, or have left comments! I am a tiny bit unsure how this is interesting to most people. ;-)

Broke, tired, and I just had a weekend :(

Man o Man, even though it was just the weekend I am beat! I did not even study marketing. I think it was Friday that killed me. I went to my partner in crime from college's house. We were studying for the law test. Man I did not get back till 11:00 pm, on the Friday!

Since I did not study this weekend for marketing, I some how ended up cooking A LOT! But it was good. Now I just need a nap, before I get my butt on a plane this Friday night. At least in Oxford I will not have to worry about the everyday things back here in the states.

I did mange to find a little bit of time to watch a new anime. Melody of oblivion.. at 1st I was like this is just ok, then episode 14 hit! Ok, now I am sucked in. There was just enough in the end of 14 to want me to scream, and watch more. I guess this is why I really watch anime.

Ok.. Go read my hubby's comics.. Today's pages are a hoot!

Well it is close a friday! I am offically draggin'. School is kicking my butt, and work is slow, so I am doing all the little things I hate. To top it off, it is one year ago that my father passed away. So, when my mother calls it will be sad and depressing. What a day. Can I just skip this day? Please!

I have to thank the people at work. They are nice enough to drag my lazy broke butt out of the office to Hurry Curry (the best curry in the world mind you). They know my father loved to eat at this place when he was out here in LA visiting me. It is good to have friends :-)

I am starting to have manga/anime withdrawls. Damn this thing called life! I won't have a day to site an rott with my anime in about 2 weeks. Granted the flight to England will let me read Peach Girl and Red River.

Zettai Kareshi, Another Addicting Shoujo manga

Ok I am a shoujo manga addict. I admit it! I love the stuff, and while I am usually waiting for someone to do a scanlation of the newest stuff, I read what ever I can get. So I have started yet another manga. This one is Zettai Kareshi. Granted this one is not as good as Hana Kimi, but come on, what is! This story is fun so far, the men are HOT! :-) Same old story pretty much. Still a great read!

The headache that never goes away

Well it is going on over a month, and the sinus headache is still there. Actually I head over to the ENT in about 40 mins. I am sick of going every week, for nothing to change. It just costs me each and every time.

I guess I should not worry about it. I have that big marketing test coming up, and then after that on the 15th off to England! So nothing from me, for about a week once I am there. But I am looking forward to heading over there. I have never been.

Read a bunch more manga. Man I love this stuff. I don't even know the name of it. But I did read it super fast! Good good stuff. If I find out the name (it is at home) I will post it so you all (if anyone is actually reading this) can track it down and read it too.

Marketing Hell

Well, it has been a few days since I have been able to sit down and write on this thing. I have been in (as the title states) Marketing Hell. I take weekend classes (Fri and Sat) in OC. Not only do I have to friggin drive all the way from Santa Monica to OC, I get to do it on a Friday night, and Sat! Once there, it sucks the life outta me. It gets even better now, cause I have a test on the 13th! So every lunch is sucked away to Marketing as well. Got to read the book.

Since it is Oct 5th, I want to wish my grandfather happy 86th birthday! WOW! 86, and still will get on the dance floor at my wedding!

Well it is short and sweet today, back to work and Marketing hell!

Anime Goodness.....hrmmmm

Well, after a unexpected call, it seems my friend from outta town, was well in town. So with the negative cash flow in hand, I took my husband and met up with said friend for a dinner. After dinner, we decided to hang at the house. Where my 9 dvd set of Marmalade Boy was sitting. Ah.. Marmalade boy.. Good stuff. My friend had only seen the 1st 2 episodes at a con about a month ago, and was foaming at the mouth for more. So in it went.

With that, Chris disappeared. Marmalade boy is not a guy anime. As we started watching, I realized why, I got sucked in the 1st time. As time rolled past, and more anime was seen, we could not stop. The more it went on the more we had to see. Finally, we had a break (life was creeping in) it was midnight, and I have both work today, as well as night class (which I am thinking about skipping to watch more anime).

Too bad work takes so much of the day up!

Is no news good news?

Well, nothing new and exciting has happened. I went to group meeting for marketing. We worked on our project. I had an allergy attack, and that just made my 24/7 headache even worse. When I woke up this morning, it was there and banging! Just took a bunch of meds to try and cut it a bit. Hope it works.

Not too sure if I have group meeting again tonight. God I hope not. I want to head home relax and then sleep! No matter what I do, I still have to get through today's work day. BLAH.

I did at least manage to get one episode of anime in, last night. I figured I could not be too hung up on 131 of Prince of Tennis. :-)

Ok late me waste the rest of the day here at work.

The Musical 10 Commandments

Well, last night I saw, you guessed it, the new musical The 10 Commandments. Wow that is several hours of my life that I will never get back. I mean it was free for me to go, don't get me wrong, free = good. But Val Kilmer as Moses and singing *shivers*. I would say don't see it. Not worth the time. It started at 7:30 and I got home at 11:00. Granted we left the Kodac theater at 10:20.

At least I was able to sleep last night after all that bad singing. I am hoping the weather stays cool. For the 1st time in months, I was cold in bed. :-) We have no central air, and the summer gets hot here in LA without it.

Also decided to get a HUGE list together on the anime cels that I am willing to part with. I need a little money for my Oxford trip.

Work Day

Ah, after a long weekend of working on the kitchen and cleaning the house, my poor sinuses are worse then before. I had surgery on them in Feb of this year, and had not had problems since until about 3 weeks ago. So back to the ENT I went today. More meds for me to play with, all to get rid of this horrible headache.

Update on the family in FL. The hurricane is gone, and all is well. Other than the fact my mother walked off a ladder. Decided that the 3rd step was the ground and bam! She heads to Dr. This afternoon. Her knee is bugging her and is swollen.

My Marketing exam is coming up pretty fast. I am currently in an MBA program at Pepperdine. Only 8 more months and I am done. But man, I really do not want to study. Maybe I will have to push that off for today, and work extra hard on it tomorrow. We shall see!

Ah.. The weekend

So, what did we do this weekend? Get up and go to Home Depot. It was a work on the kitchen weekend. Got the stuff we needed, and then came back. The few doors we had went up, and we put handles on all the cabinets. Whoo hoo.. at least that is done. We head back tomorrow to order a few more things, to keep the project coming along. Man I am beat. That kicked my butt today.

In other news, my mother, brother and sister are in the mists of hurricane number 4. That's right, you have to be living under a rock to not know that FL is in yet another hurricane. I have been calling them on and off to check the status. So far so good. Nothing happening except for the leaky roof is well you guessed it leaking.

I am next into the shower. Time to wash away all the kitchen gunk off me. After than it is anime of the week time. This week Madlax. Made it up to 15, and eager to keep watching.

Day Two!

Ok.. Day two and I am still doing this! Nothing too new really.. Well everything is new, cause you have not heard all the stories.

Well yesterday I fought the battle of www.freeipods.com . Several of my friends have done this and have received the free ipod in question. While I am attempting this, I am so close. I am just waiting for a confirmation and off goes the order. I still have other friends who think it is a bunch of bull. I don't know how that can think this, seeing that several news companies etc, have come out and stated it is a "real" deal.

I think now, I am doing it just to have one and prove to the several people out to prove it does not work, that it does. If it does work, I will be trying the free flat screen next. LOL

Back in the comic world, I am trying to get 2 people to redesign both the websites I posted above. I am thinking that my hubby needs to run a new logo contest to get some get ideas. But who knows.
